The Editorial Board of EAEF is pleased to announce the publication of the latest issue of the journal. Volume 16, Issue 1 was published on October 20, 2012. Please refer to the J-Stage homepage below.
The No. 1 issue was finally published in October. There is a major change from Vol. 16. From now on, all articles will be open-access, and for this purpose, the submission rules have been improved and the license has been set to CC BY 4.0.

We will aim to register with DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) in the future.
The submission fee is now indicated as $480, which is the original stipulation, but we will keep it at 50,000 yen for the time being. We look forward to receiving your submissions while the price is still reasonable.
