Engineering in Agriculture, Environment and Food (EAEF) について
EAEF（Engineering in Agriculture, Environment and Food）はCIAM（The Chinese Institute of Agricultural Machinery）, JSAM（The Japanese Society of Agricultural Machinery）, KSAM（The Korean Society for Agricultural Machinery and Food Engineers）, SASJ（The Society of Agricultural Structures, Japan）で組織されるAABEA（Asian Agricultural and Biological Engineering Association）が発行する国際誌です。
それぞれの学会の会員，非会員に限らず世界中の方から投稿可能で，農業，環境，食料に関わる農業工学分野のオンラインオープンアクセスジャーナルです。すべての巻号はJ-STAGE上で公開されており，購読は無料で世界中からご覧頂けます。投稿を受け付けるカテゴリーは次の5分野となっています。
(1) Power and Machinery
Off-Road agricultural power and machinery, tillage, terra-mechanics, agricultural mechanization, livestock machinery, horticultural machinery, fishery machinery, and forest machinery.
(2) Agri-Processing and Food Engineering
Post-harvesting, processing and quality evaluation of agricultural products and foods, food engineering, food safety and packaging.
(3) Information and Electronics Engineering
Information technology, bio-informatics, image processing, computer simulation, instrumentation, systems automation, sensors and controls in the field of bio-systems engineering.
(4) Environment, Energy, and Facility
Agri-environmental system engineering, structure and facilities for living systems (including greenhouse, plant factory, livestock and poultry house), environmental control, biomass/renewable energy, agri-waste treatment and management.
(5) Emerging Technologies
Artificial intelligence, internet of things (IoT), cloud and big data analysis, precision agriculture, smart farming, deep learning, bio-robotics, and micro- and nano-agriculture in the field of bio-systems engineering.

EAEFはJ-STAGE上で無料公開されています。EAEFに掲載されているすべての論文はオープンアクセスであり，クリエイティブコモンズ CC BY 4.0 (Attribution 4.0 International)ライセンスに基づいて引用することができます。
論文を投稿される方および査読される方へ
論文の投稿および査読にはClarivateのScholarOneを利用しています。投稿する際にはユーザIDが必要となります。原稿受理後の論文掲載料（APC）は製版後6ページまで（Review Articleは8ページまで）480 USDです．以降，製版ページ数が1ページ増えるごとに100 USDが加算されます。投稿，査読にかかる費用は発生しません。論文の投稿に関する投稿規定（Instructions to Authors）などの詳細は下記サイトの「Instructions & Forms」をご確認ください。
